Partner delivery

Engineering support for audit, security and advisory partners.

I join partner engagements where findings or recommendations need technical assessment, implementation ownership, engineering coordination or closure evidence.

Discuss the work
Partner engagement context crosses a defined boundary into engineering work and returns as verified closure evidence.

Partner services

Where engineering support fits

01

Audit & assurance

02

Security & privacy

Map control requirements to platforms, products, infrastructure and implementation teams.

03

Consulting & architecture

Add system, platform, DevSecOps and implementation assessment to advisory programmes.

04

Delivery & integration

Provide client-side technical decisions, architecture reviews and cross-team dependency ownership.

Working rules

Where the lines are

Your client stays your client

You hold the relationship, the account and the report. What I produce reaches the client through you — under your name or openly named, your call, agreed in writing.

Scope is written before the work starts

What I own, what you own, and where the boundary sits. A partner engagement that discovers its scope halfway through ends with both of us explaining something to your client.

Advice and implementation stay apart

Where I would also deliver the work, that is stated when the recommendation is made, not found afterwards. Independence is what you are selling, and it is not mine to spend.

Evidence moves on a route you approve

Client reports, findings and credentials go through a channel agreed before anything is sent, rather than whatever was convenient at the time.

How it fits

Where the handover happens

  1. 01Your engagement

You hold the client relationship, the scope and the report.

  2. 02The gap

Findings need architecture judgement, engineering ownership or implementation to close.

  3. 03Engineering support

I work to your scope, under your name or openly named — your call, agreed in writing.

  4. 04Closure evidence

Back to you, in a form that survives retest or review.
